Terms and Cancellation Policies
Deposit, Payment & Cancellations:
A non-refundable deposit on the first night's rental is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at 30-days prior to arrival, once full payment is taken is the full amount is non-refundable.
Minimum Stays:
There is a 4 day minimum stay in the Summer (June 26 - Sept. 5, 2010), a 5 day minimum during the Ski Season (Jan 1 - April 4, 2011) except Holiday Weeks there is a 7 day minimum.
