Rental Terms & Cancellation Policies
Deposit, Payment & Cancellations:
A non-refundable deposit of the first night’s rental is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60-days prior to arrival. The reservation is non-refundable once full payment has been taken.
Usage Fee:
A mandatory usage fee of $25 per night for a 2-bedroom unit and $37.50 per night for a 3-bedroom unit will be collected at check-out.
Minimum Stays:
There is a 5-night minimum during the Ski Season (Jan 3 – April 11, 2026) and the Summer Season (June 7 – Sept. 19, 2025).
There is a 7-night minimum during holiday weeks, Dec 20, 2025 – Jan 3, 2026.
